life with full attention

Your mind has vast potential for freedom and happiness.

Buddhist mindfulness can take you far beyond mere wellness to this state of Awakening.

Yes, this potential can feel far from our everyday experience. Our energies often feel fragmented; our minds troubled by restlessness, anger and confusion.

However, this has always been the human condition. For 2,500 years Buddhist mindfulness has helped people just like you to integrate their energies into one vigorous, focused stream. You are then free to sculpt your life on the basis of your deepest values, rather than others’.

Join us for a practical eight week course in Buddhist mindfulness.

Starts with a free taster evening on 22nd September in Frome

Includes a course book and exercises to help you practice in your daily life.

There’s also the opportunity to attend a rural retreat at the end of the course, 18-20th November

Who are we?

We are part of an international movement called Triratna Buddhist Community whose aim is to make the Buddha’s teaching of personal liberation and social transformation available in the modern world.

We offer our events freely because if we want to change the world we need to think more in terms of contributing than consuming. And this goes for the teachers as well as the participants.
