There’s also the opportunity to attend a rural retreat at the end of the course, 18-20th November

Who are we?

We are part of an international movement called Triratna Buddhist Community whose aim is to make the Buddha’s teaching of personal liberation and social transformation available in the modern world.

We offer our events freely because if we want to change the world we need to think more in terms of contributing than consuming. And this goes for the teachers as well as the participants.
